Grouping ContactsUpdated 2 months ago

Ever go to multiple events in a week and later forget who you met where? That’s exactly why we created Custom Groups — to help you stay organised, remember your connections, and make your networking smarter.

Why Use Custom Groups?

  • Keep your contacts organised by event, industry, or occasion
  • Easily find and reconnect with the right people later

How to Create Custom Groups

  1. Log in to your One Good Card account, click on Contacts, then select Groups from the menu.
  2. Hit the + Add Group button to create a new group.
  3. Name your group (e.g. “Startup Weekend Singapore”, “Q1 Clients”)
  4. Choose a colour to visually identify it
  5.  Add contacts you want to include.
  6. Once everything’s set up, hit Save Group — and your new group will be created!

✨ Pro Tips:

  • Use different colours for events, clients, and partners — it makes scanning your contact book much easier.
  • Regularly update groups after events so you never lose track of new connections.
  • Be specific with notes in contacts to add context, like "Met at Tech Conference 2025 — Interested in collaboration."
