Grouping ContactsUpdated 2 months ago
Ever go to multiple events in a week and later forget who you met where? That’s exactly why we created Custom Groups — to help you stay organised, remember your connections, and make your networking smarter.
Why Use Custom Groups?
- Keep your contacts organised by event, industry, or occasion
- Easily find and reconnect with the right people later
How to Create Custom Groups
- Log in to your One Good Card account, click on Contacts, then select Groups from the menu.
- Hit the + Add Group button to create a new group.
- Name your group (e.g. “Startup Weekend Singapore”, “Q1 Clients”)
- Choose a colour to visually identify it
- Add contacts you want to include.
- Once everything’s set up, hit Save Group — and your new group will be created!
✨ Pro Tips:
- Use different colours for events, clients, and partners — it makes scanning your contact book much easier.
- Regularly update groups after events so you never lose track of new connections.
- Be specific with notes in contacts to add context, like "Met at Tech Conference 2025 — Interested in collaboration."
