Need to reset your login password or update your email address? This quick guide shows you how to do both securely.

Reset/Change Password

Option 1: Resetting Your Password (If You Forgot It)

  1. Go to the One Good Card login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  4. You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password.
  5. Follow the instructions in the email to set a new password.
  6. Didn’t get the email? Check your spam/junk folder just in case.

Option 2: Change Your Password (If You’re Logged In)

  1. Tap the Settings icon in the bottom menu.
  2. Under Manage Account, select Reset Password.
  3. Enter your current and new passwords.
  4. Click Reset My Password.

  2. Under Manage Account, select Reset Email.
  3. Enter your new email address.
  4. Click Reset Email.
