In Kanban view, drag & drop the deal to the new stage. In List view, select the deal, click Actions > Update Deal Stage, choose the stage, and Save.
Updating a Deal Stage in Kanban View
- Log in to your One Good Card account.
- Click on Deals and view your deals in Kanban View.
- Scroll to find the deal you’re working on.
- Press and hold the deal you want to update.
- Drag & drop the deal to the next stage(s) until satisfied.
Updating a Deal Stage in List View
- Log in to your One Good Card account.
- Click on Deals and view your deals in List View.
- Scroll or use the search bar to find the specific deal you’re working on.
- Select the deal and click Actions > Update Deal Stage.
- Choose the new stage in the prompt that appears.
- Click Save to confirm the update.
